Meeting Schedule

The planned board meeting schedule for the 2023-2024 season is as follows.  At this point, we plan to hold all of our meetings virtually through Zoom with the exception of our annual Banquet in March.

Sunday, October 15th at 10am

Tuesday, October 17th at 7pm

Business Meeting
Sunday, December 3rd at 7pm

Business Meeting
Sunday, January 7th at 10am

Business Meeting
Sunday, February 4th at 7pm

Business Meeting & Banquet
Sunday, March 17th at 5:30pm

Agenda and Zoom meeting information will be emailed to all board members a few days prior to each meeting.
